Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff member, located in Kochi, with some allowance for work from home. The Sales Staff member will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include market research, product promotion, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in generating sales leads and achieving sales targets
  • Market Research and Product Promotion skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
