Min Experience: 5 years Location :Remote (India) JobType: full-time ₹12,00,000 - ₹22,00,000 a year We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure & Automation Specialist to join our global IT Operations team. In this role, you will design, automate, and manage scalable IT and cloud environments while ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence. You will work across infrastructure, cloud engineering, DevOps, and automation functions—partnering closely with security, development, and business teams to build modern, efficient systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, optimizing cloud platforms, and driving automation-first IT operations.
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Build, maintain, and optimize secure infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and on-premise systems. Ensure high uptime, performance, and efficiency of internal tools and business-critical applications. Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance for servers, networks, and collaboration tools. Manage identity, access, device lifecycle, and endpoint security in a compliant environment. Automation & DevOps Enablement Develop automation for operational workflows using Python, PowerShell, or Bash. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Build and support CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and infrastructure updates. Partner with engineering and security teams to enhance DevOps and delivery processes. Cloud Engineering (AWS & GCP) Manage cloud workloads with a focus on reliability, performance, and cost optimization. Implement cloud governance, security best practices, and compliance-driven configurations. Troubleshoot complex issues across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Automate cloud provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and backup workflows. IT Operations & Tools Management Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalations involving critical IT systems. Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian Suite, CI/CD tools, and other enterprise platforms. Integrate collaboration tools with internal applications to streamline workflows. Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base resources. Security, Compliance & Governance Implement endpoint, identity, and cloud security controls. Support vulnerability management, patching, and audits (SOC, ISO, GDPR, etc.). Collaborate with SecOps and FinOps on cloud governance, security posture, and cost insights.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in cloud engineering, automation, infrastructure, or DevOps roles. Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash). Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP and infrastructure technologies (Linux, Windows, IAM, networking). Proven success delivering infrastructure, automation, or cloud projects in fast-moving environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across distributed teams.
Bonus Points Certifications in AWS SysOps/DevOps, GCP Professional Cloud Engineer, etc. Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring stacks. Exposure to FinOps or cloud cost management practices. Familiarity with ITIL or enterprise IT frameworks.
