Job Description:

We looking for an EHS professional to support and implement Environment, Health & Safety practices across manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor EHS policies and procedures at plant level
  • Ensure compliance with Indian statutory EHS requirements (Factories Act, Pollution Control Board, Fire Safety, etc.)
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and workplace audits
  • Support ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation and documentation
  • Handle incident reporting, investigation, and CAPA
  • Coordinate safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
  • Monitor waste management, energy conservation, and environmental practices
  • Maintain EHS records, permits, and compliance reports
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
  • Support emergency preparedness, mock drills, and fire safety systems

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Environmental Studies
  • Diploma in Industrial Safety – Mandatory
  • NEBOSH / IOSH certification – Preferred

Experience & Skills:

  • 4–6 years of EHS experience in manufacturing industry
  • Good knowledge of Indian EHS laws and compliance
  • Experience in factory safety, audits, and documentation
  • Basic understanding of ISO standards / 45001)
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
