Desigination: Telesales Executive

Process: Personal Loan Sales – Lead Generation

Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday Fixed

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Salary Details

  • CTC: ₹14,500 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
  • In-hand: ₹11,255 + Attractive Incentives
  • Optional (Without PF & ESIC): ₹13,000 In-hand

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain personal loan products.
  • Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth conversion of leads.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in telesales or banking process is an added advantage.
