• Provide product information and support to customers

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

*Requirements:*

• D.Pharm, B.Pharm Graduate, or pharmacy work experience

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu/Bengali and English

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
