Job Title: Associate Project Manager (APM)

Location: Pune (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects in Gen AI, DevOps, or Data Analytics domains. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience managing medium-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting senior management to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and resources under guidance from senior project managers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely communication and task completion.
  • Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Track project metrics such as progress, budget, and ROI, and prepare regular status reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing medium-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Gen AI, DevOps, or Data Analytics
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
