Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Security Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing physical security measures, managing security personnel, ensuring information and cybersecurity protocols are followed, and maintaining network security. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring security operations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security policies to protect the hotel's assets and guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Physical Security and Security Management
  • Knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or related field is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications such as CPP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus
