Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Certification required

  • Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Project Management
  • Any relevant industry-specific certifications

Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying and Billing team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports

Conduct regular audits to verify project costs and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to review and negotiate contracts, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints

Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies

Implement best practices in Quantity Surveying and Billing to optimize project outcomes

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and quality standards

Prepare and present financial data and reports to senior management and project stakeholders

Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
