We're looking for an Unreal Engine specialist who can build high-quality real-time architecture environments, lighting setups, and cinematic shots. This role is for someone who understands how to push realism inside Unreal, not someone who just knows the buttons.

Responsibilities

  • Build real-time ArchViz environments using Unreal Engine
  • Create high-quality lighting setups (Lumen preferred)
  • Optimise scenes for smooth real-time playback
  • Implement cameras, animations, and cinematic sequences
  • Work with PBR materials, HDRIs, and post-processing
  • Import and manage high-poly assets from 3ds Max / Blender
  • Maintain accuracy in scale, proportions, and architectural detailing
  • Use new tools and tech (AI workflows, procedural tools, etc.) to speed up production

Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Unreal Engine
  • Understanding of real-time lighting, Lumen, Nanite, Sequencer
  • Good sense of composition, story flow, and cinematic movement
  • Comfort with PBR materials and optimised asset workflows
  • Basic knowledge of 3ds Max or Blender for asset prep
  • Knowledge of AI-based workflows for speed and enhancement

Freshers Policy

Freshers can apply, but only if they know:

  • Unreal Engine (basic–intermediate)
  • Lighting + Sequencer fundamentals
  • How to prep assets correctly

If they don't know Unreal properly, they shouldn't apply.

  • Blueprints (basic level)
  • Path tracing in Unreal
  • Virtual production workflows
  • Video editing for final outputs
  • Photoshop for final grading
  • V-Ray / Corona (asset prep + texture baking)
