Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients and explain clinic services.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about diabetic treatments and programs.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the system.
  • Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for consultations.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in healthcare or clinic setup.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Education:

  • Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
