Responsibilities :

Internal CSR partner :

  • Contribute to build, and manage actions of the CSR purchasing roadmap.
  • Ensure the updating of various documents relating to responsible purchasing (purchasing policies, conflict minerals, etc.)
  • Bring support to the purchasing community (buyers) for CSR topics.

Suppliers CSR management :

  • Manage the ECOVADIS relationship (contract, services offered, monthly meetings, maturity matrix, actions plan, etc.)
  • Manage the deployment and proper execution of the ECOVADIS supplier roadmap

Carbon footprint :

  • Manage the suppliers data collection to calculate the carbon impact of our purchases (scope 3)

Conflict Minerals & PFAS :

  • Manage suppliers CMRT compliance, collect all requested documentation
  • Reduce and stop using PFAS in all products purchased

Cybersecurity:

  • Support the deployment of the CRA (Cyber Resilient Act) law and the NIS2 directive on the purchasing field

Compliance monitoring:

Be aware on main CSR regulation impacting purchasing department. (ex : CSRD evolution)
