Requirements

Job Title: IBM Tririga Administrator / WebSphere Administrator

Location: Hyderabad, Banglore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai & Gurgaon
Experience: 3–8 years (adjust as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and administer IBM Tririga application.

  • Manage and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server for Tririga environment.

  • Perform upgrades, patches, and regular system maintenance to ensure stability.

  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis.

  • Manage user access, security configurations, and system integrations.

  • Work with business and technical teams to support incidents, service requests, and enhancements.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

  • IBM Tririga administration

  • IBM WebSphere administration

  • Application installation, configuration, and patching

  • System monitoring and troubleshooting

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of SQL and database administration

  • Scripting for automation (Shell/PowerShell/Python)

  • ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

  • Exposure to cloud hosting environments
