अनुभव: 3–6 वर्ष (कम से कम 2–5 वर्ष बैकहो लोडर एवं एक्सावेटर की सेल्स में)

विभाग: सेल्स एवं बिज़नेस डेवलपमेंट

मुख्य दायित्व:

बैकहो लोडर, एक्सावेटर और अन्य कंस्ट्रक्शन मशीनरी की बिक्री को बढ़ावा देना।

निर्धारित क्षेत्रों (इंदौर एवं मालवा-निमाड़) में नए बिजनेस अवसरों की पहचान करना।

बिल्डर्स, कॉन्ट्रैक्टर्स, इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कंपनियों आदि से मजबूत संबंध बनाना।

लीड्स को जनरेट करना व उन्हें ग्राहकों में परिवर्तित करना।

ग्राहक की आवश्यकताओं को समझ कर उपयुक्त प्रोडक्ट सुझाव देना।

डीलरों/डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स के साथ समन्वय कर प्रोडक्ट प्रमोशन और डेमो कराना।

प्राइस नेगोशिएशन कर सेल्स क्लोज करना।

मार्केट ट्रेंड्स और प्रतियोगियों की गतिविधियों की रिपोर्टिंग करना।

मैनेजमेंट के लिए सेल्स रिपोर्ट और फोरकास्ट तैयार करना।

बिक्री के बाद ग्राहक सहायता (After-Sales Support) सुनिश्चित करना।

योग्यता एवं कौशल:

मैकेनिकल/ऑटोमोबाइल इंजीनियरिंग का ज्ञान हो।

बैकहो लोडर, एक्सावेटर जैसी हेवी इक्विपमेंट सेल्स का अनुभव।

मजबूत नेगोशिएशन, संचार एवं प्रस्तुति कौशल।

सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करने की क्षमता।

यात्रा करने के लिए तैयार (इंदौर, देवास, उज्जैन, खंडवा, खरगोन, आदि क्षेत्र)।

वेतन: अनुभव अनुसार (फिक्स्ड + इंसेंटिव + TA/DA)
