Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities

Ensure execution of work as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records

Conduct quantity take-off and material estimation

Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors

Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting of projects

Ensure compliance with local building regulations and IS codes

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural designs

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred)

Good communication and site management skills
