Role & responsibilities

  • Candidate who has hands on experience in construction.
  • Candidate should be well versant in understanding the construction drawings/ Survey reports/Geo-Technical reports etc.
  • Completion of the works within project timeline and within budget.
  • Should prepare the BOQ and cost estimates/Rate analysis, budget preparation, for the necessary civil works as per the project activities.
  • Total responsibility for the execution of the projects assigned including planning, site Implementation as per drawings & standards, cost optimizations, checking of contractor's bills, and submission of bills to clients.
  • Ensuring the quality of work as per IS Standards and safety during the execution of work.
  • Ensuring the Overall coordination on daily basis with Sub Engineers, Clients, contractors & labor.
  • Day to day supervision of construction work & Manage deliverables on time and within the budget. Ensuring proper planning and following the schedule.
  • Carrying out the instructions given by the Reporting officer and communication on regular basis.
  • As per the project requirement, he/she should be willing to travel to the sites if required, must stay at site for completion of project.
  • Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports progress reports.
  • Adhere to best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
