We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Real-time Customer data platform (RTCDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) consultant to join our growing MarTech team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for support & maintenance, design, use case development, and implementation within the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem (RTCDP, AJO, CJA). Key elements of the role involve handling technical issues and ensuring our customers are set up for success. You will field questions, log and work on high priority issues, meet with Customers regularly, and manage escalations while working with the Clients team and Adobe Support team.

The over-arching goal is to ensure that you can anticipate and avoid issues, identify and mitigate against risk. You will also be required to fully document all customer cases and customer problem interactions to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Adobe RT-CDP Platform Expertise:

  • Serve as a platform expert with POC or implementation experience in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP
  • Hands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including creating schemas, ingesting data from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, profiling, segmentation, and connecting destinations for activation using RT-CDP. Experience with AEP data ingestion, transformation, and activation is needed
  • Expert knowledge of Data Architecture, ETL and AEP Data Schema. Strong understanding of data modelling principles and best practices within the AEP ecosystem. Responsible for maintaining robust data pipelines.
  • Proficient in AEP APIs, Web SDKs, Mobile SDKs and integrations with other MarTech platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.
