Role Overview: You will be responsible for item attribute extraction and content enrichment, following the defined process steps as per the SOP (Statement of Process) and executing the final QC/sign off to the customer. Working on RCA/CAPA for any quality issues that may arise will also be part of your responsibilities. Your accountability for the success and quality of the process will be crucial, with your input playing a valuable role in improving defined processes, especially as more automation is introduced and information is gathered. Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality while completing tasks within strict deadlines will be essential. Flexibility and willingness to work in any shifts as per business requirements are expected from you. Key Responsibilities: - Extract item attributes and enrich content according to defined process steps and SOP - Execute final QC/sign off for customer delivery - Work on RCA/CAPA to address any quality issues - Provide input to improve defined processes, especially with the introduction of automation - Maintain confidentiality and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines - Be flexible and willing to work in various shifts as per business needs Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in item attribute extraction and content enrichment is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well - Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work in different shifts - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and meeting strict deadlines,
