We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Associate to handle accounting tasks for our US clients using and QuickBooks Online. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily transactions and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks.

Process and verify vendor invoices via

Create journal entries and financial reports.

Perform monthly bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations.

Ensure proper invoice coding and vendor setup.

Follow up on suspense accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

1+ year of accounting experience.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
