About the department

Finance Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore was established in 2007 and is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Commercial Analytics, Financial Planning & Analytics for headquarters in Denmark, Region Europe, North America, International Operations & Global Service Centre Bangalore. Commercial Analytics is part of Finance GBS and was founded in June 2013 with the idea of establishing a team consisting of dedicated analytics professionals to provide best-in-class analytical services and insights to the global Organisation. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.

The position

As an Associate Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Provide channel excellence support for HCP Portal, HCE (Hybrid Congresses and Events), webinars, emails, and marketing automation.
• Independently drive meetings and events of various sizes, showcasing strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Design and launch professional newsletters with copywriting skills.
• Proactively learn new platforms and upskill as needed, including interest or experience in HCP communication platforms such as HCP Portal, HCE (Hybrid Congresses and Events), webinars, emails, WhatsApp, and marketing automation.
• Collaborate internationally and across diverse teams from various geographies and therapy areas.
• Demonstrate high proficiency with PPT storyboarding, SharePoint, MS Excel, e-mail marketing, Veeva Promomats, Web Analytics, Portal Optimization Tools, and interest or skills in AI technology.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A masters degree in business or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of multichannel Customer Engagement and a wider understanding of business.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Awareness of Novo Nordisk's organisational setup, products, and competition.
• Flexibility to travel internationally for driving strategies across various regions.
