We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven professionals to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong technical understanding and full end-to-end project management experience. You will handle multiple projects, lead teams, manage clients, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and objectives.
  • Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve risks or blockers on time.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and weekly project updates.
  • Lead technical discussions with developers and QA teams.
  • Run daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and client meetings.
  • Ensure high project quality, documentation, and timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary client contact for communication and expectations.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote an ownership culture.
  • Identify upsell or improvement opportunities within ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of IT project management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and technical concepts.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
  • Excellent English communication and analytical skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • PMP or CSM certification.
  • Experience working with US clients or in a global delivery model.
  • Exposure to pre-sales, SOW creation, and project scoping.

Job Type: Full-time
