Client Management & Project Coordination

  • Draft clear proposals defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing, and present them confidently to clients.
  • Manage client negotiations, balancing satisfaction with project profitability.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and monitor satisfaction through updates, milestone reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Track invoices, ensure timely payments, and coordinate with the finance team.

Project & Team Management

  • Oversee projects from initiation to delivery, define objectives, allocate resources, and monitor timelines.
  • Assign and track tasks across teams (design, marketing, SEO) using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Monitor deadlines and deliverable quality, resolve delays, and coordinate teams efficiently.
  • Act as a bridge between departments to ensure alignment on goals and creative direction.
  • Maintain reports, client communications, and documentation for full transparency.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client management and project coordination
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
  • Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach
