Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in air cargo services.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air cargo sales or freight forwarding.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
