Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in air cargo services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air cargo sales or freight forwarding.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
