We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join our team as Business Development Executives (IT). This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to launch their career in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategy. As a BDE, you will identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business leads through online platforms like Upwork , Guru , Linkedin.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches for clients.
  • Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and chats to understand project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA (Marketing, Finance, or International Business preferred).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Presentation: Ability to create compelling proposals and professional emails.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn, and positive.

Experience- 3 months- 3 years
