Qualifications

  • Educational Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Technical certifications or relevant vocational training are preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Proven experience in operating and maintaining boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, utilities, water systems, or relevant equipment.

  • Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory standards, and operational best practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
