About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead our marketing strategy and drive product sales through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will not only execute campaigns but also build, hire, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team to scale our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve sales targets across multiple online platforms.
  • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for compelling ad copies, visuals, and video content.
  • Set up remarketing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize performance and minimize wastage.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators, ensuring consistent campaign delivery and results.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, AI tools, and advertising innovations to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in eCommerce or product-based marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to build and lead a team, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
