Job Title: RedHat OpenShift Engineer

Location: Pune (Onsite)

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on RedHat OpenShift Container Platform.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters, ensuring availability and scalability.
  • Apply security best practices and ensure compliance across deployments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and development teams for smooth delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Docker containerization.
  • Experience in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python).
  • Experience with Helm charts for deployments.
  • Knowledge of Networking, Load Balancing, and Ingress Controllers.
  • Familiarity with Monitoring & Logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack.
  • Understanding of Service Mesh (Istio or Linkerd).
  • Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD).

Good to Have:

  • RedHat or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD/DO280).
  • Exposure to cloud-native security tools (Aqua, Prisma, Twistlock).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
