Contract Role

Shift Timing: 2 PM 10 PM

Position: OpenShift Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead deployment, management & optimization of OpenShift clusters

Architect scalable, secure, and reliable container solutions

Oversee CI/CD (Argo CD, GitOps), automation & IaC (Terraform/Ansible)

Troubleshoot, monitor & optimize performance

Guide migration of OpenShift clusters to GCP/OpenShift Dedicated

Mentor junior team members & enforce best practices

Required Skills/Experience:

10+ years IT experience, strong in OpenShift & Kubernetes

Expertise in container orchestration, cloud-native apps, automation

Strong in Linux admin (RHEL, Rocky8) & Azure/Cloud infra

Proficiency in Bash/Python scripting

Familiar with Grafana/Prometheus/Loki monitoring stack

Strong leadership & collaboration skills
