Role: IB Trained PYP Teacher
Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad
Experience: 3 years

Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and deliver inquiry-based, transdisciplinary units of inquiry aligned with the PYP framework.
  • Facilitate student-led learning through provocations, open-ended questions, and authentic assessment practices.
  • Assess student learning using formative and summative strategies, including portfolios, observations, and rubrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the PYP team to co-plan, co-teach, and reflect on teaching practices.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds.
  • Engage parents and caregivers through regular communication, conferences, and family learning events.
  • Participate in professional development, IB workshops, and school-wide initiatives to support curriculum enhancement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide policies related to student well-being, assessment, and inclusion.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field; IB PYP Certificate or eligibility to pursue is required.
  • 3 years of teaching experience in an IB PYP or equivalent international school setting.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering inquiry-based, transdisciplinary units of inquiry.
  • Strong understanding of child development, differentiated instruction, and inclusive education practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using technology to support teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Commitment to the IB learner profile and the principles of international-mindedness.
  • Valid teaching certification and eligibility to work in India.
Additional Information:
  • Work Schedule: 8:15am to 3:30pm
