Bharat Sublimation is a leading brand specializing in sublimation products, personalized gifts, and creative printing solutions. We are expanding our digital presence across major online marketplaces and our own e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

  • Manage listings, pricing, promotions, and daily operations on marketplaces like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, and others.
  • Ensure product catalogs are optimized with high-quality images, SEO-rich titles, and keyword-driven descriptions.
  • Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and performance metrics.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and marketplace ads.
  • Manage SEO, social media, influencer collaborations, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Track marketing ROI and recommend strategies for growth.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and marketplace performance summaries.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, trends, and consumer demand to plan product strategies.
  • Set and monitor KPIs like sales growth, conversion rate, and customer retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, PPC, and marketplace algorithms.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
  • Team management and coordination ability.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
