Full-Stack AI Developer (AI + Backend + Frontend)

About the Role

We are building a new-age revolutionary AI-augmented process-intelligence platform that will assess and provide insights to all the levels in an organization.

We need a full-stack engineer who can design, build and scale the product across the AI, backend and frontend layers.

Travel to office is mandatory everyday as the entire team works in-person. WFH is allowed only in exceptional scenarios.

Responsibilities
AI & Intelligence Layer


• Build LLM-based pipelines using RAG, embeddings, prompt frameworks and fine-tuning.


• Implement forecasting engines for various metrices


• Build AI agents capable of multiple actions


• Integrate AI inference with backend microservices and databases.


• Continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and reliability.

Backend & Platform Engineering


• Design and build secure, multi-tenant SaaS backend architecture.


• Create data ingestion pipelines for Jira, ADO, ServiceNow and Git integrations.


• Build microservices for metrics, correlations, scoring, signal detection and insights.


• Implement REST + WebSocket APIs for dashboards, workflows and layers.


• Design schemas for time-series data, aggregated metrics and AI-ready datasets.


• Implement caching, job queues, background workers and rate-limits.


• Maintain high performance, security and scalability.

Frontend & UI Engineering


• Develop responsive, modular and scalable UI screens in React or Angular.


• Build dashboards and widget-layouts.


• Implement multi-select screens, summaries and action layers.


• Connect UI to backend APIs and design smooth data visualisation flows.


• Ensure component reusability, performance and clean user experience.

Required Skills
AI / ML


• Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).


• Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, Llama, Falcon etc).


• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone/Chroma).


• Experience building AI workflows for real products, not just prototypes.

Backend


• Expertise in Python (FastAPI) or (NestJS) or Go.


• Solid understanding of microservices and REST architecture.


• Experience with PostgreSQL + MongoDB.


• Experience integrating third-party APIs (Jira/ADO/ServiceNow preferred).


• Strong knowledge of security (OAuth, JWT, RBAC, SSO).

Frontend


• Strong in React or Angular (TypeScript mandatory).


• Experience with dashboards, charts, visualisation libraries (Recharts, , D3).


• Ability to convert Figma/product flows into production UI.

Nice-to-Have


• Experience with Agile/DevOps workflows.


• Understanding of OKRs and organizational workflows.


• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.


• Exposure to data warehousing/ETL.
