Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify and approach potential domestic and international buyers, boutiques, and retailers.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
  • Market Development
  • Research and expand into new geographies (B2B, B2C, export opportunities).
  • Gather market intelligence on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Product Presentation
  • Showcase Albeli's collections through video calls, live demos, trade fairs, and client visits.
  • Work closely with the design/production teams to develop custom collections.
  • Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer feedback in CRM/Excel.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing/Fashion/Textiles (MBA a plus).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in sales, business development, or fashion/textile exports.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi; Bengali an advantage).
  • Knowledge of handloom fabrics, luxury textiles, or ethnic wear preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel and attend trade shows/exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹27,094.67 per month
