**Job Title: Sales & Customer Acquisition Specialist**
**Location**: Kolkata | **Type: Full-time**
**Overview**: We are looking for a results-oriented **Sales & Customer Acquisition Specialist** to drive customer growth and revenue through expert product knowledge, persuasive communication, and strategic sales execution. This role requires a strong command of customer engagement, high sales conversion capability, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leverage in-depth product and destination knowledge to guide customer decisions.
- Communicate effectively across channels to engage, inform, and convert leads.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Execute high-conversion sales strategies to meet or exceed targets consistently.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition campaigns to grow the client base.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools to track performance and pipeline.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Industry knowledge in Travel and Tourism is a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
