Job Summary

Kapil Properties is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives and Managers to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about real estate or experienced professionals looking to further their careers in the industry. Key Responsibilities


•
Lead Generation
: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, cold-calling, and direct engagement.

Sales & Client Management
: Conduct property site visits with prospective clients, address client inquiries, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.


•
Marketing
: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns. Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and online advertisements.


•
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

Education
: Minimum Intermediate (+2)

Experience
: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales or real estate is a plus.

Skills:

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

o Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Familiarity with real estate CRM tools is a bonus.
