We provide thousands of ready to use courses, videos, and e-books from our content library and offer real-time analytics to help bridge the skill gap in your organization.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Content Writer. You will be responsible for creating and editing blog content, social media posts, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, and proofreading.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, industry insights, and competitive landscape.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including blog posts, landing pages, newsletter, social media, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather insights and information for content creation.

Brand Positioning:

  • Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all content materials.
  • Establish the company as a thought leader in the industry through compelling and insightful content.

Content Distribution:

  • Develop and execute a content distribution plan across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and industry publications.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.

Lead Generation:

  • Work closely with the growth team to develop content that supports lead generation efforts.
  • Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads through content marketing initiatives.

Performance Measurement:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and adjust strategies based on insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience (6 months -2 years) in content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear content.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content distribution strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
