Role: Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer who can deliver 24/7 first-level technical support for our global customers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in VoIP, video conferencing, unified communications, and hands-on troubleshooting experience.

What You'll Do

Act as the first point of contact for technical support (voice & chat) for video conferencing products.

Provide prompt, accurate, and customer-focused troubleshooting.

Handle first-level escalations and coordinate with advanced support teams.

Log and update all customer interactions with high accuracy.

Identify and redirect potential sales opportunities from support interactions.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and document insights.

Maintain knowledge base documentation and follow established processes.

What We're Looking For

Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, UC support, or video collaboration.

Strong expertise in VoIP, SIP, H323, H264, ISDN, and real-time communication technologies.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Cisco Call Manager, Zoom.

Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS.

Good familiarity with cloud/UCaaS platforms.

Strong troubleshooting skills with PC/OS and endpoint devices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period only.
