Closely monitor GST / PT on monthly basis with regards to the recent changes in law and fulfilling all statutory compliances and various assessment related issues.  Managing cases related to various notice from GST / Service Tax / PT and brought clean chit.  Detailing of data requirements in the assessments under various laws. Accounts & Financial Management:  Prepare and present quarterly and year-end financial statements.

Responsible for implementing & monitoring systems, processes; supervising the consolidation of group accounts and preparation of financial statements.  Verification of Contractors billing and timely submission to management for approval  Verification of Imprest payments and timely submission to management for approval Timely Collections & Followup:  Keeping track for deposits due from various departments and followup with collection team for timely collections.  Support in drafting various letters / reminders for collection of deposits from various departments Compliance & Reporting:  Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.  Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.  Respond to inquiries from the CMD / MD regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.

Process Improvement :  Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
