Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and guide the field team involved in smart school implementation.
- Ensure timely installation and commissioning of smart classroom equipment and digital infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for material delivery and work progress.
- Liaise with government school authorities, education department officials, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor daily project activities, maintain progress reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality standards are maintained at each school site.
- Identify issues, provide on-site solutions, and escalate major concerns to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, photo records, and compliance with project requirements.
- Train field staff on installation procedures and reporting formats.
- Support project management in preparing progress updates, MIS reports, and presentations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering / Management / Education / IT or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project execution or team handling (preferably in education, IT infrastructure, or government projects).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple teams and ensure work completion under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as required.
