The Audience Developer plays a pivotal role in driving organic growth and engagement across social media platforms for production houses and entertainment clients. This position is ideal for someone who not only understands digital audience engagement and platform dynamics but also has a genuine passion for cinema and content creation.

You'll be responsible for building and executing strategies, content plans, and promotional campaigns for films, creators, and entertainment projects. The role also involves close collaboration with production teams during pre-production and post-production phases to ensure content is optimized for audience reach and impact.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and retention across social media pages and YouTube channels for assigned clients.
  • Ensure high-quality and wide-reaching content, including posts, interviews, teasers, trailers, BTS videos, and live sessions.
  • Develop integrated content plans that connect pre-production and post-production deliverables with the overall digital strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand creative needs and promotional objectives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance clients' digital presence and engagement.
  • Strategize and execute campaigns around film launches, entertainment projects, and digital content.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, and production teams for posters, trailers, and promotional assets.
  • Support post-production teams to align deliverables for digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure proper asset management, including digital rights and piracy prevention.
  • Research current trends and best practices in digital and entertainment marketing to refine strategies.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and implement improvements.
  • Moderate social media interactions and maintain a positive brand image across all platforms.

Skills & Competencies

Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and content monetization.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SMO strategies and platform algorithms.
  • Experience working with pre-production and post-production workflows.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns for film or media projects.
  • YouTube/Google certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in client servicing within the entertainment or production ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization.
  • Deep understanding of cinema, entertainment marketing, and audience psychology.
