CFD Analyst

Qualification:

• B.E. with a Masters degree in Fluids and Heat Transfer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CFD Analyst with strong expertise in fluids and heat transfer to join our team. The candidate should have proven experience executing CFD & Heat Transfer projects using Ansys Fluent, along with exposure to other leading simulation tools. This role requires both technical depth and leadership capability to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CFD requests for new and ongoing projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align on requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
• Execute CFD & Heat Transfer projects for domestic business, delivering high-quality results.
• Assess designs and propose modifications for improved performance, lightweight solutions, and low-pressure-drop designs.
• Handle end-to-end activities including CAD cleanup, meshing, applying correct physics, solving, and reporting — with 100% accuracy.
• Mentor and guide a team of 2–3 members while remaining hands-on and leading by example.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical insights and recommendations.
• Ensure effective project and time management to meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in Fluids and Heat Transfer.
• Hands-on experience with Ansys Fluent; additional knowledge of Star-CCM+ and CFX is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide a small team.
