  • Lead BIM modelling of Fuel and HVAC systems for data centers, ensuring integrated MEP coordination and compliance with codes and project specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers, design leads, and site engineers to convert design concepts into detailed and constructible BIM models that support fabrication and installation.
  • Review and verify engineering documents including P&IDs, equipment datasheets, GA drawings, and piping isometrics to ensure accurate representation within the BIM model.
  • Use BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to manage model development, updates, and version control in alignment with project requirements.
  • Perform clash detection, issue resolution, and lead coordination meetings to facilitate seamless construction workflows.
  • Generate project documentation from BIM models including detailed layout drawings, spool drawings, quantity take-offs, and equipment schedules for stakeholder reviews and approvals.
  • Mentor and support junior BIM professionals in modelling practices, discipline coordination, and adherence to project-specific standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM outputs in compliance with project schedules, client requirements, and QA/QC standards.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modelling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content.
  • Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).
