Export Executive* with 3+ years of *experience in agro commodities industry* required for a *Agro-commodity exporter organization* located at *Tardeo, Mumbai Central*

JD:

  • Prepare all *Pre- and Post-Shipment Documentation* , including *Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Instructions, Certificates of Origin (GSP), and Letters of Credit (L/C), Proforma, Custom, and E-Invoices in Tally, E-way bill,* etc

  • Coordinate with *CHA and shipping lines* for checklist approval, shipping bill filing, and *Bill of Lading* issuance

  • Handle *Test Bonds*, *Phytosanitary*, *Fumigation*, *GSP certificatesDGFT, EPCG, BRC & RODTEP*

  • Liaise with **Geochem and testing agencies** for rice quality testing and approve *Original Test Certificates*

  • Submit *Shipping Instructions* on *Shipping Line / INTTRA portals* and monitor shipment status

  • Coordinate closely with *shipping agents, CHAs, and freight forwarders*

  • Liaise with banks for submission of export documents and payment realization under L/C and collection basis

Salary *upto Rs 35,000 per month* (can be increased slightly)
