We are currently seeking a highly experienced Branch Manager to lead our Bangalore branch in India. The ideal candidate must come with a strong background in the immigration consultancy/overseas education industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive both operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bangalore branch.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales, processing, and support teams to achieve branch targets.
  • Ensure smooth and compliant client service delivery across all immigration categories.
  • Monitor branch performance against defined KPIs and report to senior management.
  • Drive branch sales and business development strategies to increase revenue.
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure premium service standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with immigration regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the central management team on strategic planning and implementation.
  • Manage branch budgets, staffing, and operational resources effectively.
  • Organize training, development, and performance reviews for branch staff.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • MUST HAVE prior working experience in the Immigration/Overseas Education industry.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in branch or operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within immigration services.
  • Strong background in sales and client service management within immigration consultancy.
  • Proven track record of managing branch operations and achieving business targets.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
