Job Title: Yoga Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified and passionate Yoga Trainer to join our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will guide individuals and groups through yoga practices that improve physical health, mental well-being, and overall lifestyle. The trainer will work closely with healthcare professionals to design safe and effective yoga sessions tailored to patients, employees, and wellness program participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group yoga sessions, including asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques.

Customize yoga programs based on participants' health conditions, fitness levels, and medical advice.

Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches to integrate yoga into holistic healthcare plans.

Educate participants about the physical and mental health benefits of yoga and mindfulness practices.

Ensure a safe and supportive environment, preventing injuries during sessions.

Motivate participants to maintain consistency and adopt yoga as part of their lifestyle.

Maintain records of participants' progress and provide regular feedback.

Stay updated with new trends and research in yoga therapy and wellness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience required: Min. 5+ Years

Certification from a recognized yoga institute (e.g., Yoga Alliance, Ministry of AYUSH, etc.).

Prior experience as a yoga instructor, preferably in healthcare, corporate wellness, or fitness centers.

Knowledge of therapeutic yoga and ability to adapt practices for people with medical conditions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate individuals.

Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and holistic health principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,190.05 per month
