Role & Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone calls, field visits, or emails to remind them about overdue payments.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
  • Achieve individual monthly collection and recovery targets.
  • Record and update customer interactions, payment commitments, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections and queries related to loan or EMI payments.
  • Escalate difficult cases to the Collection Team Leader for resolution.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and RBI regulations.
  • Identify potential defaulters and report high-risk cases to the management.
  • Deposit collected cash/receipts accurately and within stipulated timelines.
  • Support legal or recovery proceedings when required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
  • Understanding of loan recovery or EMI collection processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Honest, disciplined, and target-driven attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • 1-3 years of experience in collection, recovery, or field sales preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
