Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure seamless plant operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute mechanical projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of mechanical systems to achieve maximum efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards during mechanical operations and maintenance activities.
  • Support the Mechanical Lead in planning and executing predictive and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing innovative solutions for mechanical processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the procurement, installation, and servicing of mechanical equipment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of mechanical systems, including maintenance records, technical specifications, and operational manuals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in mechanical operations, maintenance, or project execution within a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
  • Proven expertise in handling mechanical systems and equipment in large-scale industrial setups
