Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining excellent Customer Service relationships
- Proficiency in Customer Support and the ability to resolve inquiries effectively
- Well-developed Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to assess customer feedback and enhance service quality
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and service management software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
