We are hiring experienced professionals (1 to 3 years) for our UK International Voice Process team supporting .

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for UK-based Uber customers, handling queries with professionalism and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice calls from UK customers.
  • Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication at all times.
  • Log and update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet quality and productivity targets consistently.
  • Adhere to data protection guidelines and UK process compliance standards.
  • Participate in coaching and performance-enhancement sessions.

Candidate Requirements

* 1 to 3 years experience in International Voice / UK or US Process (Mandatory)

* Communication Skills Excellent verbal English with neutral or UK-friendly accent

* Customer Handling Strong empathy, active listening, and resolution skills

* Shifts Comfortable with rotational / night shifts

* Technical Skills Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling experience
