Opportunity – Private Client Practice (PCP) Lawyer | Boutique firm

Role Highlights:
  • Estate & Succession Planning: Advise on wills, trusts, family constitutions, succession planning, and inter-generational wealth transfer structures.
  • Family Settlements & Disputes: Lead in structuring and negotiating family arrangements, settlements, and dispute resolution strategies.
  • Trusts & Philanthropy: Draft and review trust deeds, charitable foundation documents, and advise on philanthropic structuring.
  • Regulatory & Tax Interface: Collaborate with advisors on cross-border succession, FEMA, and tax implications affecting private client structures.
  • Documentation & Negotiation: Independently draft, review, and negotiate documentation including wills, settlement agreements, trust deeds, and family constitutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Directly engage with HNIs, promoters, and family offices to deliver strategic, commercially sound solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in private client practice, estate planning, trusts, succession, or related corporate advisory at a reputed law firm.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
  • Educational background: LLB from a reputed institution; exposure to taxation/FEMA is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Capable of independently handling complex, high-value mandates.
