About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize day-to-day operations for a leading organization in Canada. The role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth business execution across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and logistics.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and cost savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of proven experience in operations or general management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, supply chain, and project management.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
  • Open to relocating to Canada.
