What will you do?

• This role will report to the OTC Supervisor and work closely with collections team to proactively identify and resolve issues related.
• Analyze reports of data errors to provide ongoing appropriate inter-departmental communication and monthly or daily data reports.
• Informing Supervisors of any issues or opportunities with existing customers, such as upcoming major contract renewals
• Continuously seek out and support process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance to applicable policies, guidelines, and regulations.
  
   

How will you do it?

• Administrate and follow up on return notifications and make necessary changes in SAP High volume data entry / processing.
• Maintain an excellent level of data consistency and integrity across all systems.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks/reporting.
• Recommend improvements to processes and controls.

What we look for?

• Graduate / Postgraduate / Master's Degree in any stream
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills would be mandatory.
• 5-7 Years of experience required with Billing and booking experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious, detail oriented and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
• Positive attitude and a strong team player
• Systems proficiency in ERPs (SAP/Oracle/Baan/Qolsys/Amer)
• Analytic and strong attention to detail
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research, including
• Ability to utilize basic formulas.
• Utilize Pivot Tables and V-Lookups

• Have been in your position for not less than 12 months.
• FY24 Performance should be minimum "Consistently Meets Expectations" or higher
• Employees on active warning letters and  in PIP for last 6 months are not eligible to apply
• Employees with required education/qualification background can only apply which meets the job description
• Upon selection in one IJP,  employee will not be considered for another role and application will cease to exist
• Applicants undergoing company sponsored certification program are not eligible to apply
• Fresh graduates/postgraduates during their training period are not allowed to apply.
